Everyone has different music that motivates them. The type of music that motivates me can vary depending on the mood I'm in. Some days I need a little calm in my life, so I'll listen to some Michael Buble while exercising. Other days I'm pumped up & dance music it what pushes me. Whatever your choice, just choose your music based on your favorite beats & artists. Today I needed a song & some coffee to push me to the gym, but while cleaning P.Y.T. by Michael Jackson came on my Pandora & boom it was like my mood just lifted!
